What comes natural is usually good.

Going along with what's natural helps you relax and you perform best when you're relaxed. When relaxed, you senses are sharper and so you are more alert, contrary to what you might think. Relaxation makes you calmer but not dumber.

But in many cases being perfect isn't natural. So perfect isn't necessarily best.
