the one course i enjoyed most in college was Music Appreciation. it's for non music majors and covered western classical music from medieval chants to stravinsky. how i wish they had a Part 2, covering pop, blues, jazz, soul, country, rock 'n' roll...from sinatra, elvis, beatles, all the way...
