they say there's no instant healing when it comes to emotional and psychological problems. but why not?

physical pains can be stopped immediately by pain killers. so there just might be emotional one minute wonders.

well, consider yourself lucky if you happen to come across my journal, not that my journal is good or anything...

here it is...a great relaxation techinique. it's so good i feel it's my duty to let everybody know.
